Views back down the SW slopes to Sentry, the Goodsirs, Teepee, Martins, Hanbury, Allan, Ennis and Mount Vaux. Mount Fulmen at foreground left has a lengthy summit ridge entirely covered by larches. At this point I should be in the gully to the right – no need to traverse across the SW avalanche path.
