This ill-named hike (it's named after a Canadian Mount Everest climbing team but I find it confusing) is short and sweet. Located right between the Upper and Lower Kananaskis lakes, it even has some decent (slightly treed) views from the top. The real reason to do it is either with little kids just getting started in hiking or to take pictures of flowers - there are many along the route. Mainly you'll find Twins, Arnica's and millions of Dwarf Dogwood's on the forest floor. I also spotted some Blue Bells and Paintbrushes.

Worth it if you're short on time / energy and just want to go for a nice walk in the woods. Just don't expect anything too dramatic, you get what you 'pay' for... :-)
